All Plans we produce are viewed under our "measure three times, cut once" philosophy. We take the time and attention each unique project requires and our clients deserve. It's not about profit it's about the product. We don't rush perfection we take out time to ensure it happens.

We only use sweeps on our pools and no fittings. Fittings are weak points that leaked and reduce water flow. As well, we only install heat bent plumbing to improve water flow restrictions even more and to prevent leaking. Our standard setup, which all pools get, with our top of line equipment systems make for one of the most efficient pools you can buy.

Steel, Steel, & More Steel

All of our pools get 1/2'' #4 steel on 10" on centers with additional steel on all the breaks and stress points. Our perimeter beams include (4) 1/2'' boxed rebar for maximum support on the most critical pressure point on the pool wall. We use on average about 30% more steel than the average pool builder to ensure our design and your vision stays put for many years to come.

All pools are all Gunite & steel which is the strongest pool you can build. Our expert Gunite installers shoot the mix at over 4800 psi, where the minimum average is about 2800-3000 psi. We do NOT recycle Gunite overspray to try and save a few bucks, like most builders and our average side wall thickness is 10''. We allow our shells to cure for (7) days with proper moisture care before any work is done.

Premium Pool Equipment

All of our pools get top of the line equipment systems, regardless of the price point. The equipment setup is the heart of the pool, so we don't skimp just to save a few bucks. Our pools come with variable speed main pumps, robotic cleaners, smart phone controls, infinite watercolor LED lights, 580 cartridge filters, and premium sanitation setup with includes mineral & ozone additives
