Pools whether simple or complex can be a once in a lifetime event and experience for some, so we take that to heart with the attention to detail and care before, during, and after the build process.
Well to answer that, requires so many levels of information needed to more accurately give a true cost because so many factors add to the cost of a project besides just the pool itself. Access, slope in the yard and elevations, soil and drainage conditions, pool size and depth and complexity with features, and a multitude of other factors like landscaping, sprinkler systems, and permit requirements. But you came here for an answer to a question so let me give you a simple started point. An entry level pool is considered to start at 80' perimeter feet which equates to approximately 15' wide x 30' long. Ours pools come with 450 sq.ft of standard concrete and complete top of line Jandy Equipment setup variable speed pumps, smart phone controls, LED Lights, robotic cleaners, and more. In a friendly backyard with easy access and relatively flat elevations, good soil, and no trees in the way, our pools start in the mid 50's and go from there. Call today to schedule your own appointment at no charge to see what your dream backyard will start.
At Parthas Custom Pools, we only require an $850.00 deposit to lock in the project. We cover all the cost until the project truly begins at excavation. We don't want to burden you with heavy out of pocket costs upfront to ensure you stay with us. We only want to build with families who want to build with us, not projects where people feel trapped. We understand life happens, finances change, relocations happen, so are low cost up front reflects that.
Well that question sort of has the same feel of how much it truly costs. There are allot of variables that can determine the overall length of the build, but the simplest answer is if you are in city limits then you must allot 4-5 weeks for permitting with the applicable utility and municipalities. Once we stick a shovel in the dig on simple pools and yards, weather permitting, most builds average 7-8 weeks until finish, so the entire process from A-Z averages 11-13 weeks. If live outside city limits, then you can generally save about 3-4 weeks on average from that total time.
At Parthas Custom Pools we service most of Johnson County, Texas and Tarrant County, Texas. Including cities like Burleson, Texas, Fort Worth, Texas, Mansfield, Texas, Arlington, Texas, Crowley, Texas, Benbrook, Texas, Joshua, Texas, Alvarado, Texas, and more.
Picking the right color can feel daunting, but don't fret at Parthas Custom Pools, we have the experience and knowledge to help you select the perfect color for your backyard and vision. Picking an exact color hue of water is virtually impossible due to so many varying factors like overcast in the sky, surrounding landscape and materials that can affect what the water reflects, down to the depth of the pool to the season we are in. All play a factor in what you see. In the end you have to decide just between a few simple things. Do I want light, medium, or darker water and do I want the shade of the water to lean more black, blue, or aqua. Once you answer those it definitely narrows down the field of choices considerably. Final choice you have to ask is when do I plan to use the pool the most and from what vantage point? During the day but you like to sit poolside is a much different use and perspective from using it later in the evening after I get home from work or for parties at night when I host. Once you answer that we can hone in even more precise on the perfect color to enhance that experience and time.
Is deeper better or is a play pool depth the safer option? Ultimately over the years, the question of depth always comes into play and usually most families are at an impasse as some want deeper and the other half want shallower for the kids. So, what's the right choice? Answer, there isn't one. The better questions to ask are more related to how do you want the pool to serve you and function, and will this choice be the same in 5-10 years from now or once the kiddos are grown up or can safely swim without the need to be supervised as much? A few key things to consider with depth are do we want to play or have the option for sports? Does the deeper or shallower aspect affect the color we want more positively or negatively? Do I prefer warmer or colder water as depth affects both? Both shallower and deeper pools both can function in a multitude of ways, so the ultimate question is how do I want the pool to serve us? Yes, pools if designed and built correctly are meant to function and serve us with how we want to relax and entertain for years to come.
